Just a quick card to show you today using Stampin’ Up’s Waterfront Stamp set. I laid all of the background color with the stamps onto a 4 x 5 /4” Watercolor paper panel. After all of the color was stamped I blended it with an Aquapainter. Palm Trees were then stamped after the background was dry. I used the largest Layering Square die to cut out a portion of the finished panel. The square was mounted on a 3 x 3 Early Espresso panel and “popped up” back in it’s place. This card is being entered in the Seize the Birthday challenge blog where the theme is “beachy birthday”
STAMPS: Waterfront, Best Birds INK: Sahara Sand, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Chocolate Chip, Early Espresso, Pacific Point, Tempting Turquoise, Pumpkin Pie, Real Red, Island Indigo, Soft Sky, Tranquil Tide, Lemon Lime Twist PAPER: Watercolor, Early Espresso OTHER: Layering Squares, Burlap Ribbon, Linen Thread
This is outstanding Lisa! Love the lifted panel that continues the scene and the burlap ribbon is such a great added texture! Really a lovely card that anyone will enjoy! Thanks for sharing your talents with us at Seize the Birthday!
