Bloomin' Heart

Almost a full month into the new year and I've finally back at trying my hand at some challenges.  This card was made for the sketch challenge at Paper Players found HERE and the tic tac toe challenge at Stamp, Ink, Paper found HERE.  For the tic tac toe challenge I went with the die cut/love/arrow line.

Before cutting the Glimmer Paper I pulled off the back layer of the paper to make it less stiff. After it's cut it curls slightly which can look very pretty with a delicate cut like this one. I layered the heart, slightly offset, on a Rose Red die cut to give it even more dimension. The edges of the glimmer paper were not glue down so they would lift off of the card a bit.

STAMPS: Bloomin' Love
PAPER: Crumb Cake, Rose Red, Whisper White, Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper, Love Blossoms DSP, Subtles Patterned DSP (retired)
INK: Rose Red
OTHER: Bloomin' Heart Thinlits, Dotted Scallop Ribbon punch, Champagne Mist Glimmer Paint, Jewels Pearls, Scan-n-Cut (arrow)
