Twinkle Lights

This card is inspired by the sketch challenge at CAS(E) This Sketch found HERE.  I love this little die but unfortunately it is only 3.5" long.  I had to piece it together from both sides of the card making this card a bit more tedious than it looks.  I'll have to look around online for a similar die that is longer so I can offer this in my Christmas card class next year.  Does anyone know where I can find a die like this, but longer?

Christmas Pines - Two Ways

I have two cards to show you today,  I followed the challenge sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch blog found HERE.  I initially made the colorful card then I realized the challenge blog is about CAS- Clean and Simple cards!  Uh,oh..... Back to the drawing board!  I decided to simplify things and make the card all white. (Thanks to Denise Foor for the all-white inspiration!)  Replacing the stamping and heat embossing with an embossing folder certainly made this card go together quickly.  I love how it turned out and I love how the challenge site steered me in another direction.
